MaxLarp is for entertainment, parody, film, social content and marketing production. This policy is part of the Terms of Service and takes effect on October 19, 2026. If you are unsure whether a use is allowed, ask us at hello@maxlarp.com before you do it.
Never use MaxLarp or anything it produces to
- Commit or attempt fraud, scams, phishing or any other deception that obtains money, goods, services, credit, data or any other advantage.
- Support an application for a loan, credit, lease, rental, mortgage, visa, residency, immigration status, employment, insurance, benefits, tax filing or audit, or present it as proof of funds, income, assets, identity or account ownership to any person, business, bank or authority.
- Show receipts, emails, cards, wallet passes, payment confirmations or balances as real to obtain refunds, returns, reimbursements, expenses, warranties, deliveries, goods or services, or present a simulated card or pass as a means of payment.
- Impersonate a real person, company, platform, bank, exchange, government body or support team, or make content that falsely appears to come from or be endorsed by them.
- Make earnings, income, trading, investment or gambling claims based on simulated results to sell products, services, courses, signals or investments, to solicit money, or to recruit people into any scheme.
- Promote illegal gambling, unlicensed financial services, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, or market manipulation, or support money laundering or sanctions evasion.
- Harass, threaten, blackmail, extort, defame or intimidate anyone, or depict a real person without the consent the law requires.
- Involve anyone under 18, or upload content that sexualises minors, is non-consensual, or is otherwise illegal.
- Upload content you do not have the rights to, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
- Break any law or regulation, including consumer protection and advertising law, or the rules of any platform where you post.
Where the law or a platform requires it, disclose that content is simulated or sponsored. Disclosure does not make a prohibited use allowed.
Never misuse the Service by
- Sharing, selling or renting your account or access, or reselling, redistributing or sublicensing the Service, its templates or Vault content.
- Scraping, copying, framing or reverse engineering the Service, or using it to build a competing product.
- Removing or hiding the mark the free tier adds, or getting around plans, limits, payments or security.
- Probing, overloading or disrupting the Service, or sending spam or malicious code through it.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend or close accounts without refund, and cooperate with and report to law enforcement, payment providers and affected parties, including by sharing account and purchase records where the law allows. You are responsible for any loss your violation causes, as set out in the Terms of Service.
