About these terms
These Affiliate Terms are an agreement between you and MaxLarp for the MaxLarp affiliate program (the "Program"). They take effect on October 22, 2026 and add to the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, which still apply. You accept them when you join the Program.
Who can join
Anyone 18 or over with a MaxLarp account in good standing. Joining is free and there is no follower minimum. One affiliate account per person. We may decline any application.
Your link and who counts as yours
- Your link is maxlarp.com/r/ followed by your handle. Anyone who opens it gets 10% off at checkout for 30 days.
- A buyer is credited to you if they buy within 30 days of first opening your link. If they opened another affiliate's link first, that first link wins while its 30 days last.
- Once an account is credited to you, it stays yours for good.
- Purchases by you, or by accounts you own or control, do not count (no self-referrals).
Commission
You earn a share of the net amount actually paid, after discounts and excluding taxes, on every purchase and renewal by the accounts credited to you, for as long as they keep paying. Your rate depends on the total net sales credited to you:
- Starter: 15%, from your first sale.
- Rising: 25%, once your total passes $1,000.
- Pro: 35%, once it passes $4,000.
- Elite: 50%, once it passes $16,000.
Your rate goes up on its own the moment you pass each mark. Each sale earns the rate of your tier when it is paid; earlier sales are not recalculated. Amounts are in US dollars.
Refunds and chargebacks
If a sale is refunded, reversed or charged back, its commission is void. If that commission was already paid out, we may deduct it from your future earnings.
Holds and reviews
Commission unlocks 3 days after each sale. We may hold, review or void commission linked to suspicious activity, such as fake or duplicate accounts, buying through your own link, coupon or discount abuse, bot or incentivised traffic, or spam, and may pause your affiliate account while we review it.
Payouts
Once you have at least $50 unlocked, you can request a payout in USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL or LTC. You can have one request open at a time. Payouts are sent manually, usually within a few business days.
You are responsible for giving us a correct wallet address and network. Crypto sent to the address you gave cannot be recovered or sent again.
How you may promote MaxLarp
MaxLarp is a simulator for entertainment and content creation. When you promote it:
- Never present simulated balances, payments or earnings as real money, or as proof of funds, income or payment.
- Never present MaxLarp or your content as made, endorsed or approved by a real brand shown in it, and never pose as MaxLarp or as any real brand.
- No spam: no unsolicited messages, comment spam or bulk posting.
- No misleading ads or claims, including made-up discounts or earnings.
- Do not bid on MaxLarp or similar brand terms in search ads, or use names, domains or accounts that could be mistaken for ours.
- Follow the law and the rules of every platform you post on, including disclosing that you earn from your link where that is required.
Breaking these rules can void commission and end your participation.
Changes to the Program
We may change rates, rules or these terms going forward; changes never reduce commission you have already earned. If a change is material, we will tell you and ask you to accept the new terms to keep taking part.
Ending
You can leave the Program at any time, and we may suspend or end your participation at any time. If it ends for any reason other than a breach of these terms, we pay out your unlocked balance once it reaches $50. If it ends for a breach, unpaid commission is forfeited.
Taxes and your status
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your commission. You take part as an independent promoter, not as an employee, agent or partner of MaxLarp, and you cannot make promises on our behalf.
